ITK as an educational institution is natural to carry out the academic monitoring process of students to monitor the process or achievements achieved by students. In addition to ITK, guardian parents also need to know information related to students' academics, such as data on single tuition payments (UKT), attendance, academic trust, and academic grades. However, until now there is still no information technology developed for parents / guardians as a tool in accessing academic data. This causes the absence of direct information delivery to parents / guardians related to academic data of students, so the monitoring process is only carried out by the institution. As a result, issues such as late UKT payments, academic trusts, attendance that impact academic value can easily occur. Therefore, in this study, the development of android applications has been carried out for academic monitoring of students, thus helping parents / guardians in supervising students in ITK. The system development method uses Personal Extreme Programing. This method consists of seven stages, namely requirement, planning, iteration initialization, design, implementation, system testing and retrospective.
