He is a lecturer in Information Systems with research and teaching interests spanning software engineering, IT service management, user experience design, and decision support systems. His works explore topics such as UI/UX design, gamification in e-learning, IT governance using COBIT and ITIL frameworks, and the implementation of agile methodologies in software development. He has also contributed to research on mobile payment systems, business continuity planning, and data-driven decision-making using AI and machine learning methods. Through his teaching in courses such as Software Engineering, IT Service Management, Decision Support Systems, and Digital Marketing, he combines academic knowledge with practical insights to prepare students for the evolving challenges in information systems and technology management. He is currently pursuing his doctoral degree at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
