She is a lecturer in Information Systems whose academic interests encompass IT governance, enterprise architecture, business process management, and information system development. Her research primarily focuses on designing and assessing information technology governance using the COBIT 2019 framework, as well as exploring enterprise architecture through TOGAF ADM and service management practices based on ITIL v3. Her studies also cover agile methodologies, UX evaluation, and information system development for educational and business institutions. In addition to her research, she teaches a wide range of courses including IT Governance and Management, Business Intelligence, Business Process Design, Information Systems Audit, and Enterprise Risk Management. She integrates both theoretical foundations and practical applications to prepare students for real-world challenges in technology management. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Florida State University.
